My career journey has taken me from horticultural practice in England to successful sales in the DACH region to management positions in Italy and the Netherlands. I've worked in wholesale, retail, and the supply industry of the green sector.
I draw on this international spectrum of experience in my work.
I do not only focus on your goals, but also concentrate on your employees and partners in order to successfully integrate changes into everyday business .
I use my strength to adapt to ever-changing circumstances as well as my advanced skills as a personal and business coach to achieve sustainable developments.
As a private pilot who is at home in Europe as well as in southern Africa, I always keep an overview from the proverbial bird's eye view and am motivated by ever new challenges .
I speak German, English and Dutch and can therefore communicate with you and your colleagues at eye level.
My preferred areas of operation are the German-speaking countries, the Netherlands and South Africa.
